Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your support email] with the following:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A description of the problem

After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. If eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.


Order Cancellations
